After 25 years dedicated to automotive industries where he notably held the general management of SMART Belgium for the Mercedes-Benz group and of MINI for the BMW group, Damien Deroanne has meanwhile created ROMAX Consult SRL: his own consulting, training and coaching company largely dedicated to the automotive sector.
In this context, he is closely involved in the future of mobility in all its forms: autonomous, shared, connected, and electric.
He won the title of Automotive Manager of the year organized by the Belgian FEBIAC association.
The continuous growth of ROMAX Consult led him to surround himself with various experts in Training, Coaching, and Consultance in Belgium, France and Netherlands.
Today, ROMAX Consult is also active in Retail sector outside automotive sector like night shop and fast consuming goods.
